StockLink: A Quick Reminder for the Team

We wanted to share a quick reminder about StockLink, our B2B portal on HaggardStocking.com.

​

StockLink gives customers a simple, self-service way to buy from us online. They can log in anytime to see their account pricing, place orders, build saved lists, request quotes, check order history, track shipments, view proof of delivery, access invoices, make payments, and manage approvals, user permissions, and item restrictions.

The biggest benefit is convenience. Customers do not have to wait for a phone call, email reply, or manual order entry to keep things moving. For routine purchases, repeat orders, or after-hours needs, StockLink lets them handle what they need 24/7, directly through our website.

 

→ A quick note on item availability: We currently have about 250K items online, while our internal P21 system includes just over 1 million items. That means some brands, suppliers, or specific items may not be visible on the website yet. The good news is that items can be added upon request.

 

If you have a customer who wants to shop online, or if you are helping set up a customer for online ordering, send a message me or to esales@haggard-stocking.com with the list of items they need. Our team will work to get those items added as quickly as possible.

 

→ For sales reps, StockLink is meant to support the relationship, not replace it. Customers still need your product knowledge, follow-up, problem-solving, and partnership. StockLink simply gives them another way to buy from H&S when speed and convenience matter. And yes, reps still earn commission on eligible customer orders placed online.

 

The main takeaway is simple: please encourage customers to use HaggardStocking.com and remind them that we offer more than a basic website. StockLink is our own procurement platform, built around how our customers actually buy, manage, and track their supplies. IT has worked extremely hard on developing this into a tool for internal use as well as for customers, so be sure to try it out!
