Tyler Gentilcore

​"Over the past couple of months, the IT department has faced some significant challenges. The vacancy in our Network Administrator position, combined with Dan's absence while recovering from his accident, has left the team operating with limited resources.

During this time, Tyler has consistently stepped up in a big way. Without being asked, Tyler has taken on additional responsibilities and expanded his knowledge into areas outside of his normal role. He has never hesitated to ask questions or seek guidance when needed, demonstrating his commitment to doing the job right.

His dedication has gone beyond the normal workday. Even while home sick for a couple of days, Tyler made sure our critical morning processes were completed so customer orders were processed on time and without interruption.

Tyler's initiative, teamwork, and commitment exemplify the values that make Haggard & Stocking successful. We appreciate everything he has done to support both IT and the company during this challenging period.
