(from Dan Miller) "Tianna Moffett has shown dedication and provided valuable skills to the Team Lead role. Her work has improved our work flow processes and, as the orders processed and shipped daily have continued to increase, we have seen fewer errors. Her ability to motivate, lead, and plan for each day has been a huge asset to the team. Tianna has worked hard to get our staff cross trained into various warehouse functions. We are getting stronger and better every day because of her commitment to this type of hands-on training.

Personally, I am very thankful to have her learning and growing into an future assistant role. Many times when I have stepped away to attend to other needs and projects within the company, she has stepped into my shoes and continued to shine and not let the ball of excellence drop. Recently I was very pleased to take a personal vacation, and not even be needed for a phone call or email. She did so well, and I greatly enjoyed every minute of it.
