June 30, 2026, marks the end of our 2025/2026 fiscal year.

 

The past 12 months have been very challenging, but thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, we have successfully navigated many significant changes.

 

Loss of the HAECO Contract After 17 Years

With changes in HAECO management, restructuring within their purchasing department, and several other factors that I am unable to discuss, we lost the HAECO contract after 17 years. I can assure everyone that this decision was not related to our level of service, which has always remained strong.

 

Purchase of MRO Industrial Supply – October 2025

The acquisition of MRO Industrial Supply happened quickly, leaving us with limited opportunity to fully evaluate their internal processes. To be honest, there were very few processes in place.

This created a significant challenge for our staff. However, the H&S team did an outstanding job managing the transition. We have now completed the move to our Southside campus, and despite the challenges encountered along the way, I am confident that this acquisition will provide long-term benefits for our company.

 

Employee Changes

Like many businesses in today's tight labor market, we have experienced the loss of several employees. We have also had a number of valued long-term team members retire.

I would like to thank each of them for their contributions and wish them success and happiness in their future endeavors.

 

Looking Ahead to Fiscal Year 2026/2027

The coming fiscal year will present its own challenges. However, we are prepared to meet them head-on and are optimistic about building a successful year together.
