What a summer!  Reflecting on events from the FIFA World Cup to global conflicts, it is astonishing how such contrast can be so intertwined in our daily conversations.  With each changing headline, it is evermore pertinent to focus on what brings success through the front door.  Customer focused decision making goes a long way in fostering that mindset.  I applaud our support teams in what they do to streamline the user experience.  Better pricing, faster delivery, friendlier service, etc. only carry their full weight if the customer has a pleasant, positive experience overall.

I also specifically want to thank our Texas Team for what they do on a daily basis in support of those objectives!  It gets hot in Texas, and every day, our team delivers for the customer.  We’re finally now getting out of the 100s, football has kicked off, and fall is just around the corner.  Reminder, the defending champion pumpkin carver resides here, so be getting your plan together as he prepares to defend the title.  Also, a big shout out to Denitra and the arrival of her new grandbaby!  Happy Fall to everyone as we drive forward.
